Hey there,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
Try to do a conflict test (ideally in a staging environment):
*Briefly* disable all other plugins and enable the default Twenty Twenty theme. Please also disable all add-ons. If this fixes the problem, as it probably will, enable everything one by one, checking each time to see when the problem returns.
Please let us know when you find the conflict so that we can take a look and see what we can do about it.Best Regards,
Hello there,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
You can use the free version of TranslatePress for this but you will only be able to have one secondary language for your ecommerce website.
Feel free to write back to us here if you have any questions about the paid versions.

Hello there,
Thanks for reaching out!
Can you try with the default WordPress search to see if that is working instead of using another search plugin!
If this is not the case then please try (in a staging environment) to turn on only TranslatePress and WEB 2.0 Directory with a default theme and let me know if this problem still occurs.
Thanks you for your patience so far!

Hello there,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
Please let me know if you have turned on “Use subdirectory for default language”. If you do try switching it.
If this is not the case the next recommended step would be a conflict test(idealy in a staging environment). Switch off your plugins and use a default theme like twenty-twenty. Afterwards activate your plugins one by one checking each time if the problem is back.
Looking forward to your reply.
Best Regards

Have you tried switching to a default theme like twenty-twenty? If you did not please try doing so and let me know if there is any improvement.
If you did already try this and nothing changed then please send over a couple of images maybe screenshots of the issue at hand for a better understanding.

Hello there,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
I apologize for the long period of time you waited for an answer, we have been experiencing a very large number of tickets.
You should be able to achieve this by wrapping your content using translation blocks.
Let me know if you have any further questions.

Hello there,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
The 500 error (or sometimes a white page or “The site is experiencing technical difficulties.”) is a very general server error.
One of the first web search results says that “The 500 Internal Server Error is a very general HTTP status code that means something has gone wrong on the web site’s server but the server could not be more specific on what the exact problem is.”
To debug this further, please follow these steps:
1. Ask your host to identify this specific error and/or for the PHP error log.
2. Try and increase your WordPress memory limit: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/increasing-the-wordpress-memory-limit/
3. set WP_DEBUG to true in wp_config.php file: https://codex.wordpress.org/WP_DEBUG and try again. See if you get any errors.
4. Check if you have duplicate entries in your *trp_* tables from the database. If you do, you can use the Remove duplicate rows option from TP Settings –> Advanced tab to clear them.
5. Try to do a conflict test (ideally in a staging environment):
*Briefly* disable all other plugins and enable the default Twenty Twenty theme. Please also disable all add-ons. If this fixes the problem, as it probably will, enable everything one by one, checking each time to see when the problem returns.
Please let us know when you find the conflict so that we can take a look and see what we can do about it.Best Regards
Hello there,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
We deeply apologize for the delayed response.
There has been a great load on our support team in the past few days, but such a long reply time is very uncommon.
To be sure, TranslatePress is the one that created this issue.
Please disable the plugin and then recrawl the page to Facebook debugger. You will not lose any translation doing so as they are saved into the database)
Make sure you clear all the cache after you deactivate the plugin.Best Regards,
Hello there,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
Any change of the original string will invalidate the front-end translation as they are directional.
This is how our plugin works because we save each translation in the database. Every string has a corresponding translation. If you change the original string, basically, you create a new string that will need to be translated.
To facilitate translation retrieval we implemented the Translation Memory* feature.
For example, if you have a string in your default language that is translated and you go in and modify that string, the translations for it won’t appear anymore at the front-end level but will continue to exist in wp_trp_* tables from your database. After, if you go to the translation interface and select that string, the Translation Memory feature will show you translation suggestions for that string (based on other strings that you have translated, even ones that don’t appear anymore in the front-end; so most likely, you will see the older translation as the first suggestion).
*The translation memory is approximate, based on what strings are in the database. It’s possible sometimes that doesn’t work 100%.

We deeply apologize for the delayed response.
Could you make sure you don’t have activated the: “Fix spaces between HTML attributes” on your website?
Also, check if you have any of our Advanced settings activated and if we do, disable them temporary and see if this fixes the issue. Also, if you are using a caching plugin; disable it temporarily and see if this fixes the issue!
Please let me know how this went!Best Regards,
Hey there,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
Can you please visit TranslatePress -> Settings -> Advanced
Then, enable these features 1 by 1 in this order and try to see if it makes a difference. Disable them back if it makes no difference. Also please disable or clear the cache if you have any.
1. Fix broken HTML
2. Fix missing dynamic content
3. Disable dynamic translation
4. Disable post container tags for post title
5. Disable post container tags for post contentPlease get back to me if none of this present any improvement.

Hello there,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
Do you have by any chance turned on “Use subdirectory for default language”?
If you do please try turning it off and see if there is any improvement. If you do not then I could use a couple of screenshots to see the way in which you implemented this specific button so I can give it a go on my own instance.
Looking forward to your reply.
