Hey there,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
We deeply apologize for the delayed response.
There has been a great load on our support team in the past few days, but such a long reply time is very uncommon.
Would you mind sharing with me where this happens on your website so I can see the issue for myself? If you have deactivated TP on your instance please share a few screenshots of the isse so I can understand better.
Looking forward to your reply.

Unfortunately, the structure that you are using is called “Almost Pretty Permalinks” (https://wordpress.org/support/article/using-permalinks/) and at the moment we don`t have support for this type of structure.
As a fix for this, try to use Pretty Permalinks and after that let me know if everything works fine.

Unfortunately I do not think we have a workaround for this. The only thing that comes to mind would be to try using the language shortcode.
Let me know if this helps.

I do not know if I am the best person to answer your question. More languages inquire further translations (manual or automated). But if this is no issue to you and your main goals are SEO and outreach to visitors then this method should be efficient.
Let me know if you have further questions.

We do not collect any information from your users.
One of our premium addons uses a cookie to remember the language of the user but no more than this.
Also, if you use automatic translation, your strings are being sent from PHP to Google’s or Deepl’s servers. But no user identifiable information is being sent as far as we’re aware.
Let me know if you have further questions.

Can you please visit TranslatePress -> Settings -> Advanced
Then, enable these features 1 by 1 in this order and try to see if it makes a difference. Disable them back if it makes no difference. Also please disable or clear the cache if you have any.1. Fix spaces between HTML attributes
2. Fix broken HTML
3. Fix missing dynamic content
4. Disable dynamic translationBest Regards,
Hello there,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
Try to use the “Disable dynamic translation” on your website from Advanced and see if the problem disappears.
The TranslatePress trp-ajax.php file might be blocked by yuor host configuration. Try to ask your host about this issue.
It’s also possible that your host server configuration doesn’t allow TranslatePress to perform a direct database connection. In this case, install this plugin to switch to a WordPress native approach. The only drawback is that on some large websites it can be a bit slower to translate front-end dynamic texts. https://translatepress.com/download/1151690/
Let me know if any of this works for you.

This is a current issue encountered by other users also.
Our developers will try to fix it as soon as possible.
You can downgrade the plugin with a few versions behind. See if that helps you.Best Regards,

If you would like to translate the whole page at once then your best approach in this case would be to make use of the translation block.
https://translatepress.com/docs/translation-editor/#translation-blocks<div class=”translation-block”>
Translate everything <div>inside</div>
</div>You have to keep in mind that the entire content will merged into one string, so any changes made to the original text will invalidate your translation.
Let me know if you encounter any difficulties in implementing this.

The plugin authors might consider making this more explicit in their sales pitch
You are right about this. I will point this out to our team so we can mention it on one of our pages. Thanks for pointing it out!
Feel free to open another ticket if you have any further questions.

You can try removing your translations for that specific page. The safest way to try this would be to have a staging instance available. After this you can just remove the translations for france and try pasting your translations on your page bit by bit and see where this occours.
Let me know if you need further help.

This should not be happening, did you encounter this after updating TranslatePress? If so please try reverting to a older version and let me know if this is still the case.
If the version of TP is not the problem please try switching to a theme such as twenty-twenty and let me know if you still encounter this.
Looking forward to your reply.
