I appreciate it’s a tall order, but if anyone has any clue it would be greatly appreciated!

The main thing that I can’t work out though, is why the website displays correctly for users who are logged in, but is the garbled mess that you see above for users who are not logged in. Surely nothing major changes to a WordPress website when a user logs in?!
