In reply to: [WP WooCommerce Mailchimp] Fatal error on activationMy apologies. We hadn’t yet tested on older versions of PHP. We just finished some fixes and tested the plugin on PHP 5.4, 5.5, 5.6 and 7.0.
Version 2.0.6 was just pushed to the WordPress plugin repository and should fix the issue.

In reply to: [WP WooCommerce Mailchimp] Fatal error on activationI just pushed version 2.0.5 to fix this which is for versions of PHP prior to 5.5. Please try again. If you can, I would suggest updating to at least WordPress 5.6 since versions prior to that will no longer be patched with security updates.

Please try the latest version (1.3.8) which was released today. Also, please check the PHP version on your web host and ensure you are using PHP 5.6 or later. PHP 5.5 and lower are end of life will no longer receive updates/security patches.

We just released version 1.3.8 today and the plugin has been tested up to WordPress 4.6.1 and WooCommerce 2.6.4 and indeed works. This sounds like something with the setup of your MailChimp account/list.
