I haven’t seen this error before. What version of WordPress and WooCommerce are you using and what version of the plugin?

Are you by chance using segments in MailChimp? We just released version 1.3.8 today and the plugin has been tested up to WordPress 4.6.1 and WooCommerce 2.6.4 and indeed works. This sounds like something with the setup of your MailChimp account/list.
