Regarding your questions:
1. Currently, for the post tags, there is no option for hiding them.
2. Header Style 2, Header Style 3, Header Total width, Header Spacing and Post Designs are options that are available only Premium Version in the Premium version of the Chained theme which you can find here: https://ancientcoders.com/chained-pro/
