In reply to: [WooCommerce] Coupon applies to “on sale items”It’s hard for me to do this because our page is on production and as I told you in the developer site this functionallity is working.
I have searched in some forums and found that this was a woocommerce issue near the 2018.
But I’m not sure if this was solved at all or I have to do something to fix it.

There’s an option which let me run discount rules and coupons run together, but I didn’t activate this because the problem is that the option present in the coupon for not apply to items on sale isn’t working, so I’m not sure if the problem is in the discount rules plugin.
