You saved my life, really thank you so so so much 🙂 i just configured the rules that you told me so i have some questions after that:

2.-How the system will know when and order has so many items that in the check out the weight of the total order is over 1kg and has to apply the rate for it? THAT’ S MY BIG DOUBT :O
3.-I deactivated all the others shipping rates (flat, local, etc) just leave the new 8 rules.

Hello, i have a questions for my case, due my client needs this type of shipping in the site im configuring:
Cost express delivery
canada / us: $ 25 for an order of 0 to 1000g, $ 5 for every additional 500g moreInternationnal: $ 30 for an order of 0 to 1000g, $ 5 for every additional 500g more
Standard delivery cost
canada / us $ 15 for an order of 0 to 1000g, $ 5 for every additional 500g moreInternationnal: $ 20 for an order of 0 to 1000g, $ 5 for each 500g supplumentaire more
HOW CAN I DO IT FOR THE EVERY 500G ADDITIONAL COST :O!
