I am following up regarding the issue with the student registration page. It has been three days since I submitted my ticket, and I am yet to receive a response. This problem is causing significant inconvenience for my students.
Here are the updated findings from my testing:
- When I disable Tutor LMS Pro Plugin and keep the standard Tutor LMS Plugin activated, the sign-up form works perfectly fine.
- Activating the Tutor LMS Pro Plugin causes the issue: the registration page loads for about 2 minutes and then results in a 500 Internal Server Error.
- I have updated both Tutor LMS and Tutor LMS Pro to their latest versions.
- My theme is also updated to its latest version.
I have thoroughly tested by disabling all other plugins, including caching plugins, to rule out conflicts. This issue only arises when the Pro version is active.
