I have the same issue.
Can anyone please explain if the content of the front page is a post or the page should be edited?
When I enter to edit the page it’s empty inside (although it has content when published). If I add text or image it’s not shown, in fact front page doesn’t show any changes.
Impossible to understand where does the content comes from.
