Sorry this thread has been left cold for a while but still faced with the issue of the store locator search features not workking correctly. You can see on the page here –

The search by distance dropdown doesn’t load all the values even though it’s configured correctly in the back end.
Please advise.

I can confirm that in the Max Search Results field I have the following info – [25],50,75,100 and it still does not work.
What is curious is that on a mobile device they do show.

Our stores are all in South America and my current location is the UK.

Like most have said your plugin is great but just having some issues with the update. I followed all these steps –
‘You have to force the upgrade procedure to run again, and the easiest way to do this is by going to cpanel ( or whatever admin panel your host provides you ), open phpMyadmin, go to the option table for your WordPress install and look for ‘wpsl_version’, set it to 1.8 ( it should say 2.0 ), save it and reload the wp admin area.
That should trigger the upgrade notice to show up.’
I saw the notice and converted locations to custom post types. I can see all the locations in wp admin but unfortunately my map on the front end remains empty .

I contacted the authors of the other stripe plugin I use and this is what they said, perhaps the same applies for this one too –
‘It’s possible that your issue is caused by your server’s SSL/cURL configuration. I would recommend that your hosting provider update OpenSSL on the server to f+, and let them know that your issue began after updating WordPress to 4.4.
The problem is due to some of the “older” certificates being dropped from the certificate bundle due to having low encryption levels(1024 bit).’I ended up rolling back to wordpress 4.3.1 when Stripe did work. The lesson I’ve learnt here is to never update wordpress as soon as a new version is released, leave it for about 4 weeks whilst bugs are fixed.

Hi guys,
Having the same problem with customers trying to checkout via our WPTouch Mobile Store. Just getting the error ‘problem connecting to gateway’. Desktop payments work fine. (not an error with WP Touch as their developers recreated the issue on a desktop theme)
Stephen I have emailed you directly via your website with some screen shots of the failed payments in stripe. The info there might shed some light on what is going on.
Would be good to see a fix.

Just dloaded the free version to try this plugin out, but on the settings page, there is nothing there other than general settings of showing in cart or showing in checkout. Absolutely nothing else to edit. Surely something is missing?
