Hi thanks for the help, I did the set up process once again, and the window pops up on page loading and works fine…
However the icon to chat is not visible anywhere??? because it should remain like that, so that the users can browse through the webpages and start chatting whenever they want.

Hi, yes the site was under construction, and now it is live, please kindly check it one more time, because I even went through the set up once again, but still do not see the chat window
