I tried to change two different settings, the issues shown during the checking as below:
1. Initial setting : Customize > Woocommerce > General -> Remove Custom WooCommerce Features -> Yes
-> The calculator doesn’t work on checkout page.
-> Third party shipping button doesn’t work on checkout page.
2. New setting : Customize > Woocommerce > General -> Remove Custom WooCommerce Features -> No
-> Checkout page setp1_Billing : “Next” button doesn’t work. (Can’t proceed to step2_Shipping.
Could you test it again and teach me how to solve it?

Resubmit the issue to woocommerce plugin.
ps.For testing: two different postcode/zip : 106 & 880.
