I am getting the same issue.
I am using the Official Amazon Associates Link Builder Plugin for WordPress to Display prices for products on my website.
Google Chrome console gives the following error –
The SSL certificate used to load resources from https://ir-in.amazon-adsystem.com will be distrusted in M70. Once distrusted, users will be prevented from loading these resources. See https://g.co/chrome/symantecpkicerts for more information.

It appears that amazon is using a security certitficate that is distrusted by Google. Will this be fixed soon?
