I’ve tracked down my issue and it related to the Event Calendar Plugin – I was running Version 3.0 rc2 of the plugin and once I upgraded to Version 3.0 Final it fixed the issue
Having posted the issue on here I’ve had another look through the list and I do not have the sideblog plugin that seems to be causing the issue for other people
I’m having exactly the same problem on http://www.brigantiimoot.co.uk and I know my friend is having the same issue on http://www.spicycauldron.com
The issue seems to be related to the way the posts are displayed within the front page loop – I’ve checked the Database and there is only one instance of each post in there, however the posts in question are assigned to more than one category
This only happens with an upgrade install – I am working on a clean install on another site and its fine
