You can set the custom duration for the service, where you can set different durations and prices for a specific service from which the customers can choose when they book on the front end.
Or, you can set different prices per employee on the Amelia/Employees/Assigned Services page.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to show the “From $99” label on the booking form. That option is only available with events.

We appreciate your feedback on Amelia, but we certainly can’t agree that the plugin is that bad that it deserves only 1 star, since it’s being used by tens of thousands of people worldwide. You most likely weren’t able to configure the plugin per your likings, which is, of course, expected since there is no universal plugin that will cover every use case that exists.
Our technical support team receives approximately 100 ticket requests during the day, and they do their best to respond to everyone as soon as popssible, but they do respond to everyone and they try to resolve everyone’s concern. If they can’t help, the issue is escalated to the developers but, as mentioned above, there’s always a chance that the plugin will not work for you.
Since WordPress is an open source software, there is also a big chance there will be conflicts that affect the plugins and the themes. Given your description, we believe this is exactly what happened on your end and, while we do try and handle all issues, there are still some conflicts we cannot resolve, especially if they aren’t coming from Amelia.
Last, and foremost, since you’ve mentioned you created 32 employees in Amelia, that indicates that you just left a review for the full version of the plugin, while this forum is only for Amelia Lite. Commercial products are not supported in these forums, as per this comment by WordPress.org moderators, so there’s a possibility that this review can be removed by them.

At this time, it can only be achieved if you make a booking page on the subdomain, and then on the main domain, to make an iFrame, which would pull the data.
Unfortunately, we don’t have any tutorials, or examples to show you, sorry about that.
But you can check out resources that can be helpful to get you started, such as this one here.
We hope it will help to at least get you started in the right direction.

Hello Mario, yes, this is also not available with the premium version of the plugin.
There is currently no option to send a unique link via email in lite or premium version.

When you approve an appointment, the “Appointment approved” notification template will be triggered and sent to a customer.
But, at the moment, there is no option send a different PDF file via notification to each customer.

Can you please let us know if there is any customer or employee with the same email as the manager user with which you were logged in when this error occurred?
If that is the case, you should change the email of that customer or employee and it will be resolved as it causes a conflict between roles and permissions.

As soon as we saw your review, we escalated this to our developers, but as we weren’t quite sure if the issue is included in the Lite version of Amelia, we waited for them to respond.
They just released a new version of Amelia that includes a fix for the issue you were experiencing. Please update the plugin and test again.
If it works normally now, it’d be awesome and very much appreciated if you could change your review after testing. We’re sure there are a lot of features in Amelia that suit your needs and that will wash out the bad taste that was left with the issue you experienced two days ago.
