Since you are not receiving an email, let’s try the basic non-technical solutions:
- Check Spam/Junk Folders: Check if the password reset email has landed in either of these two folders before going through other steps.
- Contact your hosting provider: Hosting provider can reset the site’s password as they usually have access to your backend/database.
- Admin Accounts: If your company’s account have any other admins ask them to reset your password.
