    Thank you for your help! I could fix it. I finally found in the product variations the button to sync the variations with Facebook. So it’s all good. Thanks again!

    Each variation has an attribute, no ‘any attribute’. I checked that.

    But what I would want to know ist: When you look at the screenshot I sent you there is the the upper left corner the field ‘Facebook product sync’ and below that ‘Sync disabled in product field’ – now where do I ENABLE `Sync in product field´? I searched everywhere, do you know where to find that? I mean, if it’s possible to disable then there should be a possiblity to enable it again, right?

    And I want to add that the Facebook section is only different with the products I’m unable to sync. All other products which are synced with Facbook have the Facebook section like Igor showed on his screenshot

    Hi,

    thank you but this looks different in my product section for the products I cannot sync. I would like to send you a sceenshot. The Facbook section is above and there is no choice. It just says ‘sync disabled in product field’. How can I send you a screenshot?

    thank you for your advice! I did the updates. I also went through the checklist and found: Sync disabled in product field. Now: where do I “enable Sync in product field” – can you tell me that?

    Hi!
    Since today when I try to create a shipping label for an order from one of my retailers I get the following error: “SOAP-ERROR: Encoding: object has no ‘accountOwner’ property”
    Yesterday DHL had a huge problem with their business client portal. It was not accessible and it was not possible to create and print shipping labels at all. Maybe this error which is turning up in my shop since today is connect to some changes DHL di??
    Though what’s interesting is that this error doesn’t occur when I create shipping labels for orders from my whole sailers.

    Now a problem appeared: clients report repeatedly that they have problems in my shop. They say that when they check out they are asked to choose a shipping method. But I don’t offer a choice.It’s only one shipping method automatically. They cannot complete their order and then they call me and place their order by phone. It doesn’t happen all the time, but several times already. When I deactivate WooCommerce Wholesale Prices my shop works well and nobody complains. So it seems that the problem is connected to your plugin. Did you hear about this problem already? Please let me know. This bug needs to be fixed. Otherwise I cannot work with this plugin.
