Try WP Swings WooCommerce Subscriptions. It’s free and integrates with Woo and the UM+Woo plugin. They have a premium version too which is €99

I have… and unfortunately response is very slow.. especially when we have live memberships. I’ve resolved the issue following hours of trial and error.
