You’ll need to build that block from scratch, but you can achieve that type of layout using the blocks available in GenerateBlocks (free version). Once it’s built, you can save it as a pattern and reuse it across multiple pages.

Yes, only the license key will change. Everything else should remain unaffected.

What type of request are you referring to here? The theme doesn’t rely on external resources, so any requests it performs should be minimal. If you’re seeing a lot of requests, it’s likely caused by another plugin you’re using on the site.
