How can I randomly pick a user and its email every week/ month/ days and paste that result in a new sql table?
is there a way to do this via sql? can this be automated/scheduled?

Is there a way to let users register and login only with their email and their name?
And can I determine how many characters and format the name needs to be?
the name would be like:
nicname-age (for example 11 characters, plus hyphen, plus 2 numbers)
ex. -> alvericardo-30
