Deactivating Google XML Sitemaps did not help. Still cant delete drafts. Using 2.6.5
I second the FileZilla experience, check your directories if your experience the problems with TinyMCE not working.
I use them both and does not experience any conflicts.

It works but like it says on that page, the new pwrd is sent to the correct admin e-mail account. Simply delete any “new comers” and remember to set new user role to subscriber.
