We’ve already set up a dedicated test site with Smart Slider 3 to test the Issue. On our test site, the issue with Smart Slider 3 does not occur, which is why we’d like to take a closer look at your specific setup.

To do that, we’d kindly ask you to send us your domain so we can check it directly.

We’ll look into this immediately and investigate the root cause. We’re already preparing an update with several fixes, and this issue will be addressed as part of that release, which is planned for early next week.
