Once again, thanks for help already found solution.

If someone else gona need this:

you have to upload your html web in your server ftp any directory after that. Copy the link of the directory into your word press costume menu or whatever you want to be that new page of your created html.

Thanks guys for help I solved a problem. I was using windows server and now switched to Linux should be ok.
