I think you would need to auto-populate that field in the form for existing users. HubSpot gives you the chance to do that based on a query string. You can find the necessary steps in this link (https://knowledge.hubspot.com/forms/can-i-auto-populate-form-fields-through-a-query-string).

The issue does not seems to be related to the PHP version but rather how the siteground cache optimizer is working.
If the 301 redirect happens, as you mentioned on the URL (https://feastcaterers.com/?utm_source=adwords&utm_medium=ppc&utm_campaign=Single%20Keyword%20Ads&utm_term=wedding%20venue&hsa_acc=5162376587&hsa_cam=1667436666&hsa_grp=64019495026&hsa_ad=392861907725&hsa_src=g&hsa_tgt=kwd-19324850&hsa_kw=wedding%20venue&hsa_mt=b&hsa_net=adwords&hsa_ver=3&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIh87Tqd3Y7gIV4cmUCR18vABOEAAYASAAEgKP-_D_BwE) that is not related to HubSpot tracking script but your own service. The UTM parameter is appended by Google ads itself, HubSpot just reads the URL which which the page is loaded.

I have been inspecting the site you provide and I cannot see the URL you have added. Could you point me out to the section where you are experiencing the issue?
Also the tracking URL from hubspot starts with
https://track.hubspot.comand should never return a 301Kind regards

We are aware of this issue and we have reported to the team responsible of the scripts. Unfortunately we do not have an ETA at the moment to when this could be changed. We have so far taken actions to mitigate this issue as much as possible making the scripts non-blocker for the DOM render.

Thank you for being in touch. If you have already a list of users, you can import them into your contacts. This cannot be done directly from the plugin but you can find the import tool in your HubSpot account.

Regarding your second question, I’m not sure if I understand correctly your use case.
Form submissions will keep your list of contacts in HubSpot up to date from now on. You can export your records in case you want to import them somewhere else https://knowledge.hubspot.com/crm-setup/export-contacts-companies-deals-or-tickets
