That said, I can make it so the button switches to a disabled view while the processing is happening – I’ve added that to the list for the next release.

It is technologically possible, but unfortunately this would require an upgrade to a premium PayPal account, which is not the intended use of this plugin. Conceivably one could write a plugin to add a premium PayPal gateway to Seamless Donations and avoid the redirect to PayPal however (I did design the plugin with the ability to have others add other payment gateways if they wanted to.)

I am working on recurring donations right now, but next on the list was a sidebar widget – I am thinking the widget should let you
– have as many donation widgets as you’d like
– set an optional title for each widget
– link to the donate page OR accept a donation directly
– optionally specify an amount
– optionally specify a designated fund
– allow some arbitrary text
– allow an imageWhat else would the ideal widget do for your application?

Please double check these settings in your Dashboard:
Seamless Donations >> Settings : Notification Emails
Seamless Donations >> Thank You Emails : From / Reply-to Address
If those look correct, but you still have the problem please email me a screengrab or a copy of the email with the unusual contact email address.

In reply to: [Seamless Donations is Sunset] Matching donations addedSounds neat – but I don’t want to overcomplicate the plugin for the vast majority of users that won’t have access to matching funds.
Here’s what I’d like to do – please email me the diffs and I can take a look – if it looks feasible to add hooks and filters to support your custom flow, I could add those hooks and filters to the plugin, and then you could release your work as its own plugin (that hooks into seamless donations)
