hi Takayuki, I just thought I would do another test.
I used my gmail ( as a user) rather than an email from a Domain I own and the copy came thought to the gmail address. Why would that be.
I just did it again using a second email from our work account accounts@ and the copy came though.
all of works emails are on exchange and my personal other domian email that didn’t work is hosted by Microsoft but not exchange.

The web site it is still in developer mode as it’s a huge project and we have an existing web site running on our domain and this running on an alternative domain for testing but everything in the form is as the defaults as set in the original form 1 other than ticking mail2 option and adding the google recapture v3 to get rid of the warning message.
I don’t believe there is a way so share it with you at this stage
