My problem was solved.
just disable wp-fluid-images plugin .it’s cause of my problem.
i see problem with both themes 🙁

-yes when i re-open editor photo still present in editor.
-image size is medium :600*600@110KB.jpg
-some time when i refresh page (ctrl+r) image show for very little time and disappear(blink)
