In reply to: [podPress] [Plugin: podPress] podcast episode duration problemi just donated and I don’t know what happened there, I’ll put more money in my bank and donate again tomorrow. Im willing to pay a lot more than $8 for some support with this issue. I just entered $8, cause that’s all i had in my paypal, but apparently you only accept echecks anyhow.
if you send me an email address i can make you an admin account, and i can even get you access to my bluehost account.
im quite techy myself, while i don’t program, im fluent with html/css, cpanel, etc… so i can also follow instructions very well.
can you please help me? I really like this plugin.
One thing Im thinking is that is an old website that was on another domain, which expired, i moved it, resurrected it, and only now im having these issues.

In reply to: [podPress] [Plugin: podPress] podcast episode duration problemok wait, so i thought it was it was a plugin issue, but its not.
one thing is that auto detect is taking longer and the duration values are more than they were before, but everytime i click on it, it does give me a different value.
I’d be willing to create you an admin account if you’d like to see what’s going on and don’t worry, I’ll donate. In fact, I’ll donate a bit right now, and more if you can fix this for me.
I’ve also switched my theme to default twenty eleven, but it doesnt seem to have helped.

In reply to: [podPress] [Plugin: podPress] podcast episode duration problemHi, wow, thank you for your quick response. When I said it ‘doesn;t resgiser at all” that was the wrong wording, because it does show on my podcast, its the duration that I am having problems with.
Do you how long this auto detection process takes? It is possible that it reaches a time limit, does not complete correctly and returns a wrong value.
it usually finishes in a few seconds, but i read all of your posts, and figured it must be a plugin issue. so i disabled all plugins except podpress, tried the auto detect again, and it took about 45 seconds and came up with the correct value.
im using a theme from rockettheme (with gantry) and its a bit outdated as my subscription ended in 20111. perhaps that was the issue.
if you like i could post all the other plugins i had active so you could test where the conflict was.
anyhow, thank you for all your responses and trouble shooting. this error was completely on my side. my bad.
🙂
Ahhh, so surprised I didn’t think of “display: none;”
Thank you for the tip.
And do not worry about stepping on a developer’s toes. I haven’t heard of any other plugin that doesn’t let you change the main title in many years. It’s their own stubborn fault. If anything, they should set the mini Tweet title as default and an option to give the plugin credits with a link at the bottom… like nearly all other developers do. 🙂hint, hint…
Cheers!
Update: A solution for my issue landed in my inbox about 14 hours ago.
Great support.
duplicate post
Alright, I’d just like to say that since my last post, Olivier has gotten in touch with me and we’ve resolved the issue of communication. It was an error with email getting delivered, not sure on who’s end, but as I mentioned, since my last post, he has gone above and beyond to get in touch with me.
I take back my previous comment about his support efforts. I am very pleased with my decision to purchase this plugin.
Really? I’ve emailed him numerous times about an issue I am having. Its been a month and he has still not gotten back to me with a solution. I’ve also paid for WATS premium. Crappy support imho.

In reply to: Contact Form 7 and CRMSorry still no luck on my end, and I have been trying!
I went so far as to completely redesign my site so I could get the custom contact form plugin to work, I added all the fields, and it still didn’t work!
I’ve left feedback for capsule crm, sent them emails, I might just have to create a seperate page outside of wordpress install, or perhaps use an html embed plugin or iframe or… i dunno!

In reply to: Contact Form 7 and CRMyou could probably use the Custom Contact Forms Plugin. It allows you to set the form action. I’m not sure if there are hidden fields or not, i cant use it because it conflicts with my theme.
