I tried many similar plugins before choosing WATS Premium, the most complete and customizable one..
When I installed it, I had a small issue in Admin panel: the plugin was unable to register my ticket options. I asked to Olivier, the WATS lead developer, how to fix it.. and he gave me the solution in minutes (!): I removed the .htaccess in WATS directory, as he suggested, and the problem disappeared.
After that we had many exchanges by mail, for different tweaks and tips: all customer service responses were fast and precise.
I’m really happy with this plugin, and that I choose the premium version.
