As a hacky fix, I was able to just add
wp_dequeue_style( ‘global-styles’ );
To remove the global inline styles which includes these body paddings, but it’s not really a solution
Yeah unfortunately this is a custom developed website, we have no site editor features – as it doesn’t utilize any of those features. There’s no appearance -> editor.
This started happening with the 6.1 update for no foreseeable reason.

Also, this all started with the 6.1 update.
I unfortunately can’t provide a URL, and the only relevant information I could provide is that it’s being inserted into the global styles inline css..
