I now currently have one page displaying blog articles and another doing the same, however on the front page I didn’t actually have the posts, it was because I liked the theme design of the front page.
I think I’ll just use a workaround I was using. Thanks

if you go to “pages”, then edit the page in question. Under page attributes you should be able to click “template” and “no sidebar”
