In reply to: [Printify for WooCommerce] Please update your pluginHi, Alex!
We’re actually in the process of updating our plugin as we speak. It should be done within the next week or two.
Thank you for the feedback regarding free shipping! I’ll relay the feature request to our team.
Regarding unsynced tracking numbers – if you or anyone else encounters this issue, please don’t hesitate to reach out to merchantsupport@printify.com, or Printify support via live chat.
Hi there!
The iframe was indeed removed due to conflict with Woo, though this doesn’t mean the plugin isn’t functional (unless you’re experiencing other issues, of course). The Printifty plugin is just the shipping calculator and not the actual integration.
So, in short, both the shipping plugin and the integration should work just fine as long as the connection has been done correctly.
In the meantime, we’re still looking into ways to bring the icon back!
Best regards,

In reply to: [Printify for WooCommerce] Icon doesn’t show up in adminHi, Nick!
Not quite – the Printify plugin is just that, the shipping calculator, and it will still work even with the missing iframe. When it comes to our integration, the publishing process should work just fine as long as the connection has been done correctly.
Let me know if any other questions arise!
Best regards,

In reply to: [Printify for WooCommerce] Plugin Not WorkingHi there!
I realize I’m a bit late to the party, but thank you for following up with the resolution – W3 Total Cache (and in general caching, sometimes SEO or DTN plugins) have indeed been known to cause issues when it comes to our publishing processes.
Glad to hear it’s working now!
Best regards,

In reply to: [Printify for WooCommerce] Plugin not showing in WordPress menuHi, Nick!
The iframe was indeed removed, though this doesn’t mean the plugin isn’t functional (unless you’re experiencing other issues, of course). The plugin is just the shipping calculator and not the actual integration.
As of now, we haven’t received any other complaints about the shipping calculator not working overall – if there are any other issues, could you please elaborate?
Best regards,
Alex
