I disabled them, but I can’t remember how I did it, so you can’t check it now anyway…
The problem was under Windows XP IE 8.

I have disabled them for now.
I have the same issue in IE 8. It still shows the list half way down, even if I uncheck ‘On Pageload move…….’.
Tijmen, it doesn’t work on my iPhone 4S iOS 7.1.
It does fix my dropdown issues on Mac and PC!
