same problem for me, after update woocommerce paypal plugin to 1.9.2 (i have checkout fields plugin installed)
So I rolled back to 1.9.1 version, deactivate checkout fields plugin, reactivated woocommerce paypal plugin and rectivated checkout fields plugin….and now works fine!
