I have the same problem, I have tried reinstalling the plugin, with both versions, the free and the paid one, installing it from the wp funnel, without the wp funnel, restoring a previous version of my web database and files before the first installation… etc… and I can’t get any form to work, or import any, or create it myself and save it, it won’t let me
