In reply to: [Easy Language] Toggle doesn’t work with “Startseite” / Home pageThat pointed me in the right direction, the problem was there were many translated versions of the homepage and I think the switcher got confused there. After deleting all of them and creating a new one it worked.

In reply to: [Easy Language] No result returned error with ChatGPT and CapitoMost pages are done with Elementor, with SUMM AI simplifying the pages worked but the quota ran out. I have also tried simplifying pages done with the Gutenberg editor using Capito & ChatGPT but it didn’t work either.
Yes there are many texts in the with tab with the text that should be simplified (Zu vereinfachende Texte). The pages which I tried with Capito & ChatGPT do have texts. Some pages I had successfully simplified with SUMM AI, deleted the simplification because much had changed and tried it again with GPT/Capito which doesn’t work. Other pages I hadn’t simplified with SUMM before and they didn’t work straight away even though having text to simplify.

I’m using version 3.0.0 of the plugin and I have activated the debug mode in the advanced settings.
Even with simple pages I do get the “no result returned” error with both ChatGPT and Capito.
Even though the debug mode is activated I don’t see any request listed in the “Logs” tabs after trying to simplify a page except for that capito user query.
With ChatGPT I have tried different models and specified a prompt in the settings.
With Capito my account type is the User and I’m not part of a team.

In reply to: [WP Tiles] Responsive not working?I’ve already reinstalled the plugin but it didn’t help. It’s very sad because the plugin is quite nice and everything else is working fine.
