The short code of plugin show only form and no submit form.. because wp-customer review plugin say no shortcode work see in plugin setting content.. form submit through page not submit template with shortcode.
i have use this code in template

customer review form appear but form not submit.
yes vkumar14 i used wordpress 3.8.1 and the same problem for me.. i used shortcode of plugin in template. customer review form display in page but form not submit…whats the solution of this problem… change plugin or not…?
