    same problem for me but no solution available in this forum vwebworld.. whats your wordpress version no…?

    It works when I use this code:

    [WPCR_INSERT]

    [WPCR_SHOW POSTID=”ALL” NUM=”3″ SNIPPET=”” MORE=”” HIDECUSTOM=”0″ HIDERESPONSE=”0″]
    ——————
    But not if I just use
    ——————-
    [WPCR_INSERT]
    ——————
    I have WP version 3.8.1

    i have use this code in template
    <?php echo do_shortcode('[WPCR_INSERT]'); ?>
    customer review form appear but form not submit.
