Have you tried renaming the plugin folder from
/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-https
to
/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-https-1
This might (usually) make wordpress disable the plugin and resolve you login issue.

You can do this by going to Achievement > Users and scrolling to the bottom.

Sorry @wpranger but I’m new to wp coding. HTML and CSS i’m fine with but I haven’t a clue what you mean. The code I used I found online, therefor could you please explain a bit more.
