I see what happened. When transferring the site, all popups got changed to HTML instead of image. Looks like you can’t change from html to image in the UI. I have to recreate them. Not great.

I should have explained more completely. screenshot one is from the old/test site and screenshot 2 is from the new install and doesn’t even have an Image Settings tab available.
I will send the system info

This will work temporarily. A more intelligent option would be nice, even if in the Pro version.
