Went through the same issue. Since I don’t know about much PHP, this is how I fixed it or managed to go back to my WP-ADMIN:
1)Downloaded previous Infoway theme version (1.1.4)
2)Opened my FTP files & renamed the current theme-page-php to theme-page-php.1
3) Using the FTP file maneger uploaded the theme-page-php from previous version (1.1.4)
That`s all…
By the way, if you still want to know how to get to line 116, you can open your PHP using this free HTML editor http://www.coffeecup.com/free-editor/. It shows the line on the left-hand side.
