    I am so sorry. I got confused by a response I got on a different post where I asked before I was told to open a new one. I thought it was a response from this one.

    Here are my findings:

    Enabling test mode (with stripe) makes the new orders show again. Once disabled new orders are hidden again. Orders that go through show as Processing. Changing theme or disabling all plugins makes no difference. Orders still show as Processing under test mode.

    As I said switching test mode off means orders wont show again. Switched themes with no change. Disabled all plugins but the store and stripe and orders show again but as Processing. Enabling plugins after the fact hides orders that showed made with plugins disabled which is curious.

    So I guess its a plugin interference. I don’t know why orders won’t show as completed at any point but I will focus first on having them display at least. I am currently testing to see what is the minimal amount I can charge for a product since enabling test mode is a no-go, and I need to test almost 50 plugins to find the misbehaving one. If you have any input on this I will appreciate it.

    I was able to do a few things. today I will do more. I enabled test mode (with stripe) to be able to make test payments. Just doing that made orders show again, as PROCESSING. Switched to a new theme and also disabled/enabled every plugin but woocommerce and the stripe payment gateway plugin just in case, but that made no difference, (to the processing tag)

    I disabled test mode and made a couple failed payments. These show correctly as failed.

    I created a test product with a one dollar price. I will have a few friends buy it to see if orders are showing again or the problem persists. I will post the results here. I don’t have access to the site all the time. It may take me another day.

    please keep it open a couple more days. I’m having other issues that prevent me to test what was suggested. I will definitely come back here with the results

    Yes correct, everything works but no orders show up in WordPress. This only affect orders that go trough stripe. If I create the order manually it shows.

    Thanks a lot, I will do what you suggested and disable everything and test one by one. I will also test with a different theme.

    I’m having issues with my internet access right now. Please do not close my thread too quickly. I will get back here when I finish the tests.

    Hi:

    I have the same problem. I’m using the stripe payment gateway. The payments go through and I can see them just fine with all details at Stripe. But no orders show on woocommerce. Non at all.

    I have searched a lot and no one seem to talk about this. Can you help?
