Encrypt, that is the way that it ended up being handled, but WP is being used for more than just the FAQs. Also I’ve never had good results modifying the layout in WP, so to save myself a headache and my client some money, I wrote my own code to display the FAQs, and didn’t bother messing with any of the WP code.

I know there probably is a better way to do this, but it works.
