I think you should first clear individual URL from CF and then clear the cache from WPP. And if there are no requests from CF to re-cache that individual URL after the purge, everything should work.Anyway, I will add individual URL purge option in Cloudflare add-on in the next update.

There are two ways to disable lazy load on the home page.1. On the edit home page screen, WP Performance meta-box, check “Exclude from Image optimization” checkbox option
