Thank you so much for your help! I did what you said and reinstalled the plugin and it seems to be functioning perfect now! No DB errors, storing volunteers, etc. I am going to be continuing to build this out into our current calendar, but I think this solves my problem.

So looks like it does have to do with the database tables not being created. When debugging is turned on, on the backend under Number of RSVPs and Number of Open Spots, I get a DB connection error:
WordPress database error: [Table ‘beverlys-birthday.wp_volunteer_rsvps’ doesn’t exist]
SELECT COUNT(*) FROM wp_volunteer_rsvps WHERE post_id = 835 and rsvp = 1Opened the DB and double checked and no new tables are created. Did what you said and removed plugin, all files, reinstalled. Still no new tables. I believe I could manually add the tables, but would need to know the column names?
Let me know any other ideas you might have and thanks for your help!
