In reply to: [Creative Blog] How to add social icons to header?Sure Andrew. I thought the topic was so perfectly related that it fit in this thread, but I’ll have another one.
I can’t seem to delete my earlier one although I could edit this one.

In reply to: [Creative Blog] How to add social icons to header?Similar problem. Links were added through the Appearance > Menu approach. When I open Customize, the links show up fine. When I close customize, they disappear. Love this theme. Hope to fix a few quirks. [I’m talking about social links.]
Any ideas?

In reply to: Multiple Issues Post 4.4 UpdateI only had to turn off Bitdefender Free Anti-Virus for everything to start working again.

In reply to: Media library blank after 4.4 updateI just disabled Bitdefender Free Antivirus and all is well again. Read that on another post here on the forums.
Here’s the post on which I read that:

In reply to: Media library blank after 4.4 updateSame thing here. My media page is completely blank after 4.4 update. Also, jQuery errors abound. I tried to make this go away with the ususal set of disabling all plugins and using a default theme, but the images still don’t reappear. The content is on the server, just disappeared from the media library.
Hmmm…I actually want to move from current server = old server – shared hosting service TO local server = new server = localhost.
Forum: Installing WordPress
In reply to: It doesn’t look like…..Let me try again.
I have executed:
http://www.kingsley.coolfreepages.com/wordpress/wp-admin/install.php
And I get the following error message:
It doesn’t look like you’ve installed WP yet. Try running install.php.
I have maintained the integrity of the file structure. Regretably, my first post indicated the wrong path.
I did change the caps to lowercase.
Any next steps?Forum: Installing WordPress
In reply to: It doesn’t look like…..OK, I changed the capitalization…improvement….
Current message:
Warning: Unable to access /users/coolfreepages.com/kingsley/WordPress/wp-settings.php in /users/coolfreepages.com/kingsley/WordPress/wp-config.php on line 31
Fatal error: Failed opening required ‘/users/coolfreepages.com/kingsley/WordPress/wp-settings.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /users/coolfreepages.com/kingsley/WordPress/wp-config.php on line 31
Can this be salvaged?
Upload the files yet again?
