I have managed to resolve it by posting a private ticket in https://boldthemes.ticksy.com
My issue is resolved now. Just uninstalled all plugins and installed one by one to check which one was causing the issue.
The plugin which seems to be causing the problem was: https://wordpress.org/plugins/user-activity-log/
