I’m not sure which shortcode to use for login.
Do I need to use the Dashboard shortcode [tutor_dashboard]?
Also, in the documetation there is no information on how to trigger modal window.
Please clarify.

Changing permalinks didn’t help.
I am still not able to access individual courses.
Please provide a solution.
