The first thing i can answer you is your error do lot come from my plugin!!!
So please read the error before to submit here.
The error is comming from the plugin wp-fb-comment! Not from the awd seo comments plugin.
The second thing is : the error is very clear, and do not really come from a plugin.
The error is that your server is not up to date.The facebook library need that you install the curl extension on your server.
It s an extension of apache2. Contact your web host to fix that.For the errors on openGraph
fb:page_id, is not comatible with this type of object, please set this field as empty.
For the image i will update with a new format for thumbnail.
But you should install another plugin to regenerate all thumb for backward compatibility.For the action:

This is the error returned form firebug, when the action is posting from your site.
That mean you created an action automatically via the “start openGrpah form” on facebook.Go on facebook settings, remove the action facebook created for you.
And add a new one by hand.Do not let facebook configure it for you.
Then if the problem is still here submit a new ticket on the project tracker to get more help.
Once you have activated avatars, you must go in wordpress discussions settings, and set it to “facebook”.

Try to find why he can’t load the dashboard ?
then ask him to logout both FB and WP, then login with regular account on WP, then login with FB to sync the accounts.
Or just log in WP and go on this url http://yoursite.com/facebook-awd/unsync
Try to find if there is not a conflicting account.
If that not work, you can try to clean old data.
If you are connected, you can go to the url http://yoursite.com/facebook-awd/unsync where yoursite.com is your site url.
this will unlink the current account.Try re install the plugin i fixed that.
Exact i found a problem.
BE sure to be connected with facebook before to create or update a post
The value %POST_IMAGE% is only here to use the featured image of WP, or to find the first image in the post.
If no image found, even if you use the %POST_IMAGE%, the plugin will use the image of your facebook app.
So if your logo was always used, it’s beacause as you said wordpress did not find any image on those posts.
The form is really simple, and no javascript on the radio to activate.
Maybe your theme, if it add some JS in admin. Maybe break something.Try firebug to get errors.
And each time you update the openGraph form, do you clear cache on the debugger from facebook ? You Must do it each time.
If the form is not working, i think you should deactivate each plugin to find wich one is breaking.

And i add that when you add a topic on the forum you cannot say “it simply does not work” it’s not a title to:
1. Help others users to find explicit title
2. May discourgae dowload.You said me it’s not working but no more feedback from you.
